That is why physical activity is an important component of a morning routine that will kick off your day feeling motivated, and it is an essential part of an entrepreneur’s morning routine. You will feel lighter and wake up feeling lighter if you take part in some form of physical activity. 

Get started by doing these activities:

You can exercise your body and awaken your senses by going through the neighborhood with your dog or on your own. Even just stepping outside for a moment and enjoying fresh air can ease any tiredness. 

Sign up for an early gym class or do an at-home routine if you feel you need to exercise more rigorously. Physical activity that increases your heart rate allows you to release stress and feel relaxed and ready to tackle your task. Consider these tips for getting your vocal cords moving:

  • Find an accountability partner with whom you can discuss your day’s goals or a bright idea you’ve been thinking about. 
  • Join an online or in-person networking group where you can share your thoughts and hear from other people with similar interests.
  • Consider meeting with a life coach in the mornings to talk about whatever you may have on your mind, or to discuss your business ventures.
  • Even talking to yourself in the mirror when you wake up can make you feel more lively. Start your day off on the right foot by vocalizing simple affirmations like “I am confident that I will succeed” or “I feel driven and motivated.”.
